References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites, so-called “links,” which are outside the area of responsibility of SEENBERG, a liability obligation would only come into effect if SEENBERG was aware of the content and it was technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent use in the event of illegal content. SEENBERG hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, the corresponding linked pages were free of illegal content. SEENBERG has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked or connected pages. For this reason, SEENBERG hereby expressly distances itself from all content on all linked or connected pages that have been changed since the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within its own website as well as to external entries in services set up by the company such as guest books, discussion forums, mailing lists and the like. The provider of the page to which reference was made is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and, in particular, for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information, and not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
Copyright and trademark law
SEENBERG endeavors to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts it has created itself or to use license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All brands and trademarks mentioned within the website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not imply that it is not protected by the rights of third parties! The copyright for published objects created by SEENBERG itself remains solely with the owner of the pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of SEENBERG.

Any liability for direct, indirect or other damage, regardless of its cause, resulting from the use or unavailability of the data and information on this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The content of this homepage is protected by copyright. The information is only intended for personal use. Privacy Policy
Scope
This privacy policy clarifies users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by this website. The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) and the Data Protection Act (DSG).
Access data/ server log files
SEENBERG collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. We use the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. However, data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites someone has viewed also count as personal data.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by SEENBERG if this is permitted by law or if the users consent to the data collection.
Contact
When contacting SEENBERG (for example via contact form or email), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.
Comments and posts
When users leave comments in the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is for the security of the provider, in case someone writes illegal content in comments and posts (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). In this case, we ourselves could be held liable for the comment or post and we are therefore interested in the identity of the author.
Integration of services and third-party content
It can happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we inform the users about it.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services associated with website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with other Google data under any circumstances. You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purpose described above.
If you do not want your IP address, language setting, end device, etc. to be analyzed by us, we recommend using the Google Analytics browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics. The browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics gives you more control over which data is recorded by Google Analytics on websites accessed. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information about the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics.
If you would like to use this function, download the add-on and install it for your current web browser. The browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics is available for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox Apple Safari and Opera.
Use of Facebook Social Plugins
This offer uses social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos. The list and appearance of the Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user accesses a website of this offer that contains such a plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the website by it. The provider therefore has no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and informs users according to its level of knowledge:
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook will find out and save their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users can be found in the privacy notices of Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about them via this offer and link it to their membership data stored on Facebook, they must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. Further settings and objections to the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with final effect from May 25, 2018, users have the right to receive information free of charge upon request about the personal data that we have stored about them. In addition, every user has the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete their personal data, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain it. Should this be necessary, we ask that you contact us.
